TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Bottega Degli Artisti – Unique Favours

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Using the website and purchasing our products implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS

All favours are handmade ceramic crafts. Each item is unique and may display slight differences from the photographs, which are indicative only. Such variations are characteristic of craftsmanship and do not constitute a defect.

Personalisation (names, dates, dedications) is carried out according to the instructions provided by the customer at the time of order. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the accuracy of the information given.

3. ORDERS AND CONTRACT

An order is considered complete upon receipt of our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in the case of product unavailability or technical issues.

For personalised products, we will send a proof for approval before production. The customer must confirm within 48 hours, otherwise we will proceed according to the original instructions.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include Italian VAT at 22%. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Shopify Payments, bank transfer (only for orders over €500).

5. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Processing times vary according to the complexity of the order:

  • Standard orders (up to 150 items): 6 working days.
  • Personalised orders (up to 150 items): 6 working days from approval of the proof or sample.
  • Large orders (over 150 items): 12 working days.

Shipping times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. All delivery times are indicative and not binding.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Consumers)

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, with no need to provide reasons.

IMPORTANT: The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to personalised products or those made to the customer’s specific request (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Consumer Code).

To exercise the right of withdrawal (only for non-personalised products), send written notice to info@bottegadegliartisti.com within 14 days. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, within 14 days of the notice.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, using the same payment method as the purchase. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. WARRANTY AND RETURNS

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Code.

In case of defective products or damage during transport, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange replacement or refund.

8. LIABILITY

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays due to force majeure or the courier
  • Damage resulting from improper use of the products
  • Errors in personalisation due to incorrect information provided by the customer

9. PRIVACY AND DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). For further details, please consult our Privacy Policy.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website (images, texts, logos, designs) is the property of Falconi Andrea and protected by copyright. Reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the jurisdiction is that of the consumer’s residence. For disputes with professionals, the jurisdiction is Teramo.

12. CHANGES

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with the update date indicated.
