PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
All our favours are handcrafted to order. Processing times vary depending on the complexity and quantity of the order:
- Standard orders (up to 150 pieces): 6 working days.
- Personalised orders (up to 150 pieces): 6 working days from the day of final approval of the sample via email or WhatsApp.
Shipping times after processing:
- Italy : 2–4 working days
- Italian islands : 3–5 working days
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain): 5–7 working days
SHIPPING COSTS
Italy:
- Express shipping (1–2 days): €7.00
- Free shipping for orders over €100
Europe:
- Standard shipping: €12.00
- Free shipping for orders over €200
SHIPPING METHODS
We use reliable couriers (BRT, GLS, Poste Italiane) with full tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
PACKAGING
Each favour is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives intact. We use protective materials and sturdy boxes suitable for fragile ceramic products.
FREE IN-STORE COLLECTION
You may collect your order free of charge at one of our locations, by appointment:

SHIPPING ISSUES
In case of damage during transport, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement.
