RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY - Bottega Degli Artisti - Bomboniere Uniche

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS

In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), consumer customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason and without penalty.

IMPORTANT - EXCLUSIONS FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to:

  • Personalised products with names, dates, dedications or other customisations requested by the customer
  • Made-to-measure products according to the customer's specific instructions
  • Favours made to order for specific events

Since most of our favours are handmade personalised products, the right of withdrawal applies only to standard non-personalised products .

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise the right of withdrawal (for non-personalised products only):

  1. Send written notice within 14 days of receipt to:

  5. Include in the notice:
  6. Order number
  7. Purchase date
  8. Products to be returned
  9. Reason (optional)
  10. Return the goods within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal to: Falconi Andrea - Bottega Degli Artisti Via Mario Capuani, 38 64100 Teramo (TE)

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Products must be returned:

  • Intact and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With all accessories and documentation
  • In perfect resale condition

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

The refund of the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs) will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, after checking the product’s condition.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In case of a defective product or one damaged during transport:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Send photos of the damage/defect to info@bottegadegliartisti.com
  3. Keep the original packaging

We will:

  • Provide a free replacement of the defective/damaged product, or
  • Full refund of the amount paid (including shipping costs)

Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products are our responsibility.

LEGAL WARRANTY

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for 24 months from delivery, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The warranty covers conformity defects existing at the time of delivery which manifest within 24 months.

EXCLUSIONS FROM WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or negligence
  • Breakages due to falls or knocks after delivery
  • Normal product wear and tear
  • Damage caused by unauthorised modifications

HANDMADE PRODUCTS - CHARACTERISTICS

Our favours are handmade, hand-painted ceramic products. Slight variations in colour, shape or size compared to the photos are features of craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We do not offer a product exchange service. If needed, you may exercise the right of withdrawal (if applicable) and place a new order.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order free of charge before work has commenced. Contact us as soon as possible at info@bottegadegliartisti.com or on +39 0861 979493.

If work has already started, cancellation is not possible for personalised products.
